If you already have a product key, any Windows XP Home CD will work. You can download one off of Peer-2-Peer file sharing programs, just be careful of viruses. I use eMule.

If you have your key, you can legally reuse it to reinstall XP on your computer. You can use anyone's XP Home (not Pro) CD to do it. If you can not come up eith a CD, contact manufacturer and they usually can provide one for a small fee. You can also contact Microsoft and they will provide a CD WITHOUT a key code for a small fee.
