Perhaps because displacing illegals has nothing to do with their status.

I'm jobless... but I'm not on welfare, nor do I collect unemployment. I don't get anything but a lousy medical compensation check from the govt. each month...
I complain because if they weren't here, I could have more of a selection of a job (I'm disabled...so don't go making assumptions that I'm a lazy american)
I could also get social security benefits and...maybe when I'm in the hole, collect at least unemployment... but I can't do that because I can't get social security....
...because of some unknown reason-- I've been told I'm not a minority, nor am I eligible due to the roster being full or some ****!
I've served my country, I can speak English well, and I'm educated, with no kids... and I still can't get help from my own country, but illegals can.
Technically, I can't work till I finish my VA medical claims. At least according to Texas Work Force-- however, I don't get free medical care.. I have to pay for it out of my own pocket (usually with the medical comp check I get from the govt. each month-- which is taxed by the way.
Along with my medical care bill...
That makes no ****'n sense! And yet, these people receive medical/ dental or hospital care for simple cold, and fevers...
This has to be taken care of, so I can get out of my ****hole.
They can work, yet they're illegal.. and they can protest in my country-- which they have no rights for in the first place. They get this, and that, and this, and that....for what? For breaking the law... yet, me, and many others in my boat obeyed the law, and get screwed...
That's ****** up!
Illegals need to go home!

Because they know that not everything is black and white. Because they know that children, no matter how you feel politically, should not be left to starve in the streets of the US. Because people on welfare have better things to do than speculate about illegals. Because people on unemployment aren't on welfare, they are taking advantage of an insurance policy they payed for through their jobs. Any other questions?

They're too busy complaining about how the mean conservatives aren't willing to support them and their 800 illegitimate children...
Sorry, had to get that out.
I also wonder why the left isn't against illegals. After all, aren't they all for the poor and out of work in this country on every other issue?

AND YOU know for a fact that they aren't?? How many unemployed and welfare receivers do you know?? Let's be fair there are quite alot of illegals on welfare.....so I doubt that they would complain.
BTW who here assumed you were hispanic....once again a pro throws race into it.....totally NOT surprised!!

Peddle it somewhere else *Heidi*
AMERICAN children are h omeless and hungry.I say we take care of our own first and screw the rest until we can.
Would you put food on your neighbors table before you fed your own children?
Bite me!
These poor overworked underpaid CRIMINALS are making more and getting more than most AMERICAN CITIZENS busting their a$$ on 2 jobs.I know , I have worked 3 and still not done as well as them.
Why would the people collecting the benefits complain? They aren't out anything!
It is the rest of us who paid into these systems and can't get help that are complaining.

How do you KNOW thay are not complaining? After all, illegals are taking money away from programs that are designed to help american people who are disabled or have fallen on hard times! If i was on welfare, i'd be bithching like hell! Well, i'm not on welfare, etc and i am bitching about my tax dollars being WASTED on people who do not deserve it!

Maybe some of them are more worried about find a job. AS for welfare, those who live on it are worthless and I don't want to hear the opinion of someone who does not work.

Who says they aren't?
My father was unemployed for a year. I don't have 799 siblings and we don't sit around laughing at how advantageous it is to be unemployed. Stop sucking.
We may not sit on lawn chairs in front of the border, but we certainly don't support the abuse of our laws.
