I mean, would anyone like to see more safety clothing available for children? For example, clothing with reflective bits on for at night, or similar clothes that had that kind of 'feature'?
Would you be more willing to buy clothing, like a winter coat, if it had in-built safety features?
[ This is in relation to my A-Level coursework, and any help on this topic would be BRILLIANT! ]

Ok i guess this is only relavent to the UK.
Yes kids shouldn't be wrapped in cotton wool, but if a car/driver can't see them at night........... you get the picture!

Why would my kids be out so late at night anyhow???( I could see how the kids in Alaska might need reflective gear in the winter time, being as it's dark when they go to school and when they come home but what's the fear here?) Honestly, unless my kids are riding their bikes...they really don't need special clothing, and the bike helmet and the bike itself has reflective tape on it. Sounds like a good recipe for "paranoid parent" here, not to mention more useless junk for people spend their hard earned money on. Teach your kids about safety sure...but they don't need to wear a leather suit with reflective lights, sirens and an umbrella attached to it to be safe. Good luck with this one, lmao.

I wouldn't buy but maybe add my own sefety features as needed. I've added reflective strips to my homemade Holloween costumes in the past. Besides, wouldn't they charge and arm & a leg for "safety clothing"?!

I have four children and the most important clothing issues are if they fit right and are age appropriate. As far as cloths saftey goes make sure all buttons are secure and there are no hagning peices that your child could get wrapped around their neck. Other than that I think that you are maybe going in the wrong direction with this.

No money in it. It is expensive to make and a very limited market for it.

Also for a relative small amount you can customize any garment with reflective stuff.

because a child's safety is up to her parents. children are not supposed to be walking along the street unattended, no?
