help with microsoft word?

I am trying to write something but all the fonts are in caps. I tried clicking on format and then clicking on drop caps but it does not seem to work...does anyone have any tips for me?

I am trying to write something but all the fonts are in caps. I tried clicking on format and then clicking on drop caps but it does not seem to work...does anyone have any tips for me? And my caps key is not on...help.

Some fonts are in all caps but the default fonts like arial, Times New Roman shouldn't be in all caps. If they are, check to see if your caps lock button in on.
