What does the Nero 7 Premium message "Nero.exe has encountered a problem and need to shut down" mean?

Nero 7 was working very well until I started getting this message. Is this due to some sort of incompatibility with other programs? Is there a solution or work around to this? Thank you.

Try reinstalling Nero.

reinstall
i have had this with Nero 7
this fixed mine
if continues try and find which program it is
tell nero of this conflict or reinstall that program
another way that works is do a sys restore then undo my last sys restore
weired but works
