Hi. You cant control your thoughts- but you can control your actions. If you're a sex addict, you may need psychological assistance. Sex is probably on the minds of most people more than you and I can imagine. I've heard it said, that men regardless of age- think about sex in one way or another 6-10 times every hour! I'm not sure if girls/women are the same... You are most likely "young" and your body is telling you something. Hormones are a very powerful thing... you can't just arrest them. Be careful, you don't want to regret anything.

Talk to an adult that you can trust and confide in.

Avoid circumstances where you are tempted. Hang out with guys your age who you trust to do the right thing. Put your computer in a public place (like the living room). Avoid T.V. shows, movies, and music that contain sexual content.

Having thoughts is normal. Controlling yourself is the key. You've got the right idea, just distract yourself!

Get yourself involved in something else. Volunteer for a good cause and meet some new people. If you occupy your time and your mind, you'll have less time to think about and or have sex. If you're concerned that you might have a sex addiction, you might consider joining a support group or seeing a counselor.

Good luck, hope this was helpful...

Your goal shouldn't be to eliminate your feelings, that's impossible. You have biological urges, but they are controlled by your brain, and you can control your brain. A little, anyway.
Channel the energy into something good. For me, resistance training (weights) is a good way to channel extra energy into something good, to build myself up, instead of something that would tear me down. You're in control, start using that energy that drives you to make women feel good to drive you to do things that are good.

Don't pressure yourself into not thinking about it..

It's like trying not to think of a pink elephant, impossible.

Just trust your instincts, if your doing something and it feels wrong, or like a complete waste fo time then stop doing it. You sound like you've got your eyes wide open which is a very good start. Keep them open is my advice..

Well, that depends. If you are a teenager, try to hang out with male friends (if you are a guy, if youre a girl hang out with female friends.) Try to talk about this with your parents and your friends. Maybe visit a pcychatrist.

It's hormones, if you've just come in to puberty then it's really tough, it will pass but otherwise try reading appropriate books, play sports etc.

It's a natural thought that I think can't be avoided. And sex is allowed. You don't have to put that star in there.

You can't control your feelings...

You can control your behavior.

You can channel your thoughts.

I'd say... go there... in your mind... then move on to other things.
