While im sitting at work at my desk, my whole body begins to kind of ace. I try getting up and going to the bathroom, or walking around a bit but it always returns a few min after I sit down. I drink plenty of water and only green tea, so I am almost certain that it is not dehydration. This only happens at work and Im fine at home ( although I dont sit down for long periods of time there) What is it and what can I do about it ? any ideas?

it could be circulation
you need to drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water a day,
maybe you need some exercise - try going to the gym every evening or going for a jog / run
maybe your desk / chair is not ergonomically placed
seek health & safety advise from your employers, you can get strain injury if it is due to the desk position.
maybe you should try to move around more often. dont sit for long times, see if you can take a short walk, or if you are reading something, get up and read it - strech your legs.
hope this helps
:)

It could be a circulation problem caused by a bad posture at your desk. You need to make sure that your chair is the right height for you and the desk. Also if you are using a VDU at work make sure that is positioned properly. If there is a health and safety officer where you work ask them to come and do a workstation assessment for you and get some recommendations from them.

Take regular breaks - 10min every hour. After work, perhaps walk down to the next bus stop, or join a gym. At home, try to work out if it's more/less painful doing what you'd normally do, and if it IS work-related then get it sorted. Fast.

It sounds like you are putting a lot of pressure on your lower spine, if you are carrying excess weight on your body this may be the reason, otherwise you could maybe try sitting on a lumbar cushion at your desk, you can buy one in a car shop or go online maybe Ebay.

If it only happens at work, you need a better chair. It may be worth it to buy you own ergonomic or comfortable chair. Go to a Bed and Back store and try some out.

sounds like your pinching a nerve in your back, probably the way your sitting or your chair the same thing happens to me at times..there is actually a exercise you can do that will relieve this...stand with your legs apart and your hands on your hips and slowly lean backwards, this takes the pressure off..and opens up the vertebrates relieving the pinched nerve.
