Why did Satan fall from Heaven? Satan fell because of pride. He desired to be God, not to be a servant of God. Notice the many "I will..." statements in Isaiah 14:12-15. Ezekiel 28:12-15 describes Satan as an exceedingly beautiful angel. Satan was likely the highest of all angels, the most beautiful of all of God's creations. Satan was not content in his position. Instead, Satan desired to be God, to essentially "kick God off His throne" and take over the rule of the universe. Satan wanted to be God, and interestingly enough, that is what Satan tempted Adam and Eve with in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 3:1-5). How did Satan fall from Heaven? Actually, a fall is not an accurate description. It would be far more accurate to say that God cast Satan out of Heaven (Isaiah 14:15; Ezekiel 28:16-17).

He was once the most beautiful of all Angels. But then he decided that he wanted to " run " Heaven and waged a war against God. He got as many others that he could, had them convinced that they together could do a better job. It was sheer jealousy, and God would not permit it. Not only did he get kicked out, but also all of his fellow "protesters " that waged war" were kicked out with him. Now he is fighting his battle here on Earth, trying to convince people to follow him straight to hell ! Unfortunately, there are a lot of people that are on his side. But what they don't realize are the consequences that are to follow.
They are only interested in what will happen to them while here on Earth, and not for the rest of eternity. He will promise them anything to get people to follow him rather than going down the
straight and narrow path ". But, as Christians we know what's at the end of THAT road for us, and it's NOT eternal damnnation.

Satan and Beelzebub (the name of the minion differs from text to text) were unhappy with God and began to plot a mutiny against him. God found out and the two were banished to Hell for eternity. Satan was bitter but he decided it was better to rule in Hell than be ruled in Heaven. That's just kind of the basic...

Because of pride and jealousy, If you read the word you will see he said "I will be like the most high". He does go back every now and then to lie about you like in Job. But he was kicked out before the fall of man. Jesus said that he seen him thrown form heaven like a bolt of lightening.

He was kicked out of Heaven because he thought of Himself as even greater than God and even encouraged other angels to go take up against God for he thinks God is unfair.

ISAIAH 14:12-17
12 ¶ How art thou fallen from heaven, Rev. 8.10 O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:
14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the Most High.
15 Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, Mt. 11.23 · 0.1 ; 0.10 ; 5.1--0.1 to the sides of the pit.
16 They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms;
17 that made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners?

He was judged for waring against God.
Christ sent him back to heaven where he is guarded day and night. But don't worry he will be kicked out again SOON!

In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.
The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of God plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.
Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.
Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.
Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.
Love and blessings
