There is too much missing information to try to give you a good guess about why this would be happening. However, a few of the possible reasons are serious enough to make it worthwhile to get your parents to take you to see your MD or APN. They can ask you 20 or 30 nosy questions take a listen to your stomach and give you a good idea of what is going on.

You may have a virus or something. I had a very similar thing a few months ago and after a few weeks it just went away...my husband had it too so we guessed it was probably some sort of virus. Try eating little and often rather than large meals and if it's not any better after a couple of weeks see your GP.

First off, don't worry...a lot of teenage girls feel weird and nauseous after eating--its pretty normal. I suggest you eat moderate amounts of food and that you have a well-balanced diet. I think the reason you are getting nausea is because of maybe irregular eating, or a little too much greasy/fatty/spicy food. Just balance it all out, get adequate amounts of everything, and you'll be fine.

You could be pregnant, and if you'r not pregnant if could be a number of things. You could suffer from motion sickness, which is an inner ear infection that can cause extreme tiredness, dizziness, and nausea. Of course it could be the flu or a sinus infection. It could also be mono-nucleosis. You really need a doctor to diagnose you.

Eat smaller portions. If you're only 15, then you REALLY need to downsize because obesity is much worse if started at an early age. Eat healthy foods and only as much as you can comfortably stand to eat.

It is either the food your eating and your eating too much. Try eating more light meal through out the day. So you feel full but your not over eating. Also try less meat and less grains more fruit and veges.

Maybe you've developed an intolerance to some spice or something that's used a lot in your household.
