I just cannot find this italien cheese anywhere.

no they dont sell it in the major supermarkets in the UK, it is GALBANINO and not galbanini which is a make of italian cheese. Galbanino is the name of the cheese not the make.

have you tried asking on the deli counter at very big tescos and asdas? the very big ones do more than the regular sized supermarkets. also, look on the internet for a speciality cheese shop in your area. what about waitrose? if they dont have a product you want, they usually order it in for you. is a bit more expensive but if its the only place you can buy it then its worth it.
