Yes, it's what you're doing on the other 6 days that counts.

Think of it this way. If you are married, does it really matter which of seven men, you being one of them, that your wife takes home tonight to be with? As long as she takes one, what is the difference? God made one day of the seven holy and HE hallowed it, made it very special just as your wife or you should be to her. Now if just any day of the seven would suffice for God, why does it not suffice for you to have just any of the seven men be ok for her to take home? It is because that one is special that she is to take and it should matter and does. Same with the Seventh day with God. He made it holy and set it apart for His people to come to be with Him. No other day will do or be the same as that special one that He set aside and made holy. Even in the Earth made new when we are in Heaven, the Seventh day is the day we will come together to worship Him, the same say He made holy at the end of the Creation week. True, we all need the DayStar but how can we have Him if we refuse to come to Him on His day that He set aside as so very special for His people? He says that is His special time that He will come close to us and be with us in a very special way but we miss that special time when we do not worship Him on His day.

Actually, the commandment says "thou shalt remember the sabbath and keep it holy", nothing about there being multiple choice about what day it is. I think the bible makes it perfectly clear that the sabbath is on Friday from sundown to Saturday night at sundown. Why is that so flamin hard for christians to understand? I was born and raised presbyterian, and I read the bible for myself, and I gotta tell you guys, it couldn't be more specific. There's nothing in the bible telling us its multiple choice, theres nothing in the bible changing it to Sunday. Constantine changed it to Sunday to make it easier to convert pagans, it's not in the least biblical. It was not changed to Sunday because Christ rose on Sunday. It's the same as it always was, the same day Jesus Christ honored the sabbath, if that's not good enough for you guys, if you really feel that its okay to change the sabbath, or pick and choose, then go for it. Just wanted you guys to know its not biblical, and its not multiple choice.

We should worship the Lord everyday. All day. In everything that we do. We should sing songs of praise in our heart, and never cease praying. Look at everything He has done for us. Doesn't He deserve our praise and worship? He keeps us breathing each day. He keeps our heart beating. Though we destroy this earth, He still replinishes it with rain and sunshine. He is a good God and He is worthy of all our praise.

No-one NEEDS to worship - ever. People may WANT to worship - anything else is just going through the motions.

No. Romans 16 is lost on the Sabbatarians. It talks about esteeming one day over another and what happens with that.

I enjoy going to church on Sundays, it helps me get through the week to come. I confess my sins and ask our lord to help me be a better person.
