It's really hard for me to comfort my partner because he's not very good at communicating with me when he's mad. I know that when I'm mad at him he doesn't know how to comfort me. But I've never told him how to either so he doesn't know how to make me happy when I'm mad. Should I tell him how? How do you make it up to your partner when they're mad at you?

For us it's not an issue of love cause we know we love each other very much, I think it may be an issue of communication, how do we communicate how we like to be conforted?

If you are going to make things up you need to communicate. When me and my girlfriend argue we usually go into different rooms to cool off then come back and discuss our points of view. Although it obviously depends on the situation.

To her I say compliments.... many, many compliments.... how nice and beautiful she is, how wonderful she is....and etc. First she just gets more mad but I go on and on.... and then she gives up and her anger melts away.... nice words about her are able to comfort any woman's heart

yeah,you can tell him bout it,,i cant see any problem with it!!!well,if my bf is mad at me,i just hold his hand raising up high then i usually kiss his armfit,in that way he laughs then were good again!!!for him,it is sweet!!!its because i love him more than life itself!!!

When I'm pissed at someone, the best thing they can do is to leave me alone. I can't stand to have anyone fussing around me when I'm angry. It just pisses me off even worse!
