There are a number of software, and Web sites to teach you Russian. One of the better software is called Rosetta Stone.

Oh. If I have been in Russia I could attempt to be taught Russian however would not consider the have got to move there to be taught it. There are many Russian groups within the US in which I might train dialog, tuition guides and techniques like Rosetta stone..

I used Rosetta Stone in my classroom for teaching English, and the kids and I loved it.
It's great because it's interactive, and besides teaching vocabulary, it teaches "natural", not business, language. You work at your own speed, and there are "quizzes" to see how you're doing.
Here's their link. They have a free online trial...see if it works there for you...it so, then you can buy the software. In the beginning the sample lesson is only in 4 languages, but once you've tried your way through one, at the end there's a link to download a sample lesson in Russian.
