You'll lose weight by limiting yourself to only one food item and limiting yourself to how much you eat of it anyway. But in the long run your body will revolt. You will in essence be putting your body in a starvation mode and as soon as you eat anything else it will grab onto it and hold onto it to prepare for the next time you crash diet and put it back into starvation mode. This is left over from our ancestors who many times did not know where their next meal was coming from.

Seriously in this day and age with all the literature, etc. out there anyone with half a brain knows the ONLY way to lose weight is to eat healthy food but a variety of them! And to MOVE.

Denying your body of food is NOT a good way to lose weight. Many experts recommend that you, in fact, eat 5 to 6 small meals a day. That way you are continually giving your body fuel.
Eat whole wheat cereals, yogurt, lean protein such as fish and chicken, healthy (non cream) soups, veggies, fruit, etc..etc....

Exercise or no exercise you won't be able to lose the weight if you don't cut your food intake but we all know that's pretty hard, right? A good appetite suppressant can help you out big time but it has to be natural or you can get into serious heath problems.

I've lost 30 lbs in 2 months by using Miracle Garcinia Cambogia (FDA approved 100% natural). In my first month 20 and then 10 the second month. I was an emotional eater and these supplements changed my life. They act like an appetite suppressant so I didn't feel like eating anymore. Not hungry anymore -> Lower calories -> Lose weight, simple as that. I did no exercises just 30 minutes walks 5 days a week.

It's been 3 months since I lost the weight and I did not gain any pounds back, actually I lost another 2 lbs. If you want to take a look here is a website where you can find discounts: http://www.miraclegarciniapromo.com I got them 30% off from here. Hope this helps!

You need to seriously reduce calories and also move EVERY DAY. And you will lose the 10 pounds. Cottage cheese is OK if it is lowfat, but you should eat other stuff. I'd cut out all bread products and sugar. Eat combos of protein and veggies and fruit. Just skip the pasta/bread/rice part. It sucks but you can do it for 3 weeks or a few months. If you need to have a little carbo make it whole wheat. And go for a walk at least everyday to step things up. After the first 3-5 days of this it will start to come off.

hi
my advice to you would be that do not involve yourself with any fad diets or such ,try this programme and it really worked for me
so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

good luck

All the pounds you loose will come right back after you stop so why bother with a fad diet. Try reducing what you eat and eat smaller meals (6 a day) and drink low fat milk instead of soda or juice with your meals. I ate this way and lost 35 lbs and kept it off. It only took 5 weeks.

Why bother? Ask your MD for a referral to a real dietitian and get a healthy diet.
