I even tested it at the point where the wires attach to the center cone but still no measurement, can this be fixed?

not broken wire. other speaker works.
problen is with core of speaker.

First run the same test on one that works to make sure a crossover isn't causing erroneous readings. If it has a measurement then could be a broken wire in the coil that drives the cone or one of the input wires in a spot not visible. Probably not fixable and could be the best thing for your ears.

dump the Bose, buy better speakers. (just about anything is better)

Sounds like a broken wire to me. Switch to a speaker you know works to see if it is your speaker that does not work.
