Yes, and some do younger than that. WHY would you ask your parent's permission? I don't even know what I would say to my child if she came to me 8 years from now and asked for permission!

The only thing i can tell you is that some will do it but others will just wait until they're married. The reason some have it when they r above 16 years old is if they been with that person more than a year than they will just make a move

i don't understand what you recommend by ability of secure, she could want lodging and by ability of regulation everyone below 18 can not sign a settlement for lodging so who assisting her. At sixteen in basic terms her mom and dad can sign a settlement for her. so she could desire to be residing with somebody, and if that somebody knows it is with out her mom and dad permission they could get into difficulty themselves. yet as others have reported if the mom and dad want it the police will rigidity her to return homestead.
