Hi friend,
How to reduce anger. . thatz a real good question. Well, it depends on the occasion or the instance that makes u angry.
I would suggest you to think abt the instance that makes u angry..
If that is a person who makes u angry, think why he is behaving like that..
so just try to relax and think when u feel like getting angry..
and u can think of your beloved ones (like ur spouse or parents or children or friends or anyone whom you love a lot) when u feel anger.. the thought of ur beloved ones will help u in cooling you a bit. then u can think abt the situation and study and respond . rather than responding in a rage of anger ...
so.. Cheer up...

Anger is an emotion. It cannot not be reduced but you can learn to controll it better. If you are someone that has severe anger management problems a counsoler would be the best thing to learn how to gain control over it. If you notice that you are quick to get irratated or frustrated then perhaps you should learn to close your eyes and count backwards from ten taking deep slow breaths after each number. Or you could, if you are able to, go into your bedroom or some other room where you can be a lone for a few minutes and scream into a pillow. I know that on my most stressful days this has helped. But, if these things don't help then I would see the help of a professional. Wish you the best of luck.

Well I would guess that it's not the little things so much as the big picture. We all get angry sometimes, but if it's a constant problem then it probably has more to do with the overall conditions of you life. Are you frustrated, or bored? Counseling may help, but also try writing to try to find out what is really bothering you. Maybe you need to make a big change like job or something. Write about it, you'd be surprised at how it can help.

think about the situation that is making you angry. Is it something you can do something about or no? If you can do something about it then do. If you can't do anything about it or control it then don't own it. When you own a situation that you have no control over then you become frustrated and then angry. So the key is figure out if you need to own a situation or not. good luck
