Talk to him. Communication is key to any sort of relationship. Read the signs..like there are ways to tell if he's attracted to you. I highly suggest you go read Superflirt by Tracey Cox..seriously. It'll help you here.
But the first thing you should do is to talk to him about it. Don't try anything irrational..like kissing him or something, because you do not know what his reaction may be.
