Japanese Blood Type Personality Chart
Type A
Best Traits: Conservative, introverted, reserved, patient, punctual, perfectionist and good with plants.
Worst Traits: Obsessive, stubborn, self conscious, and uptight.
Famous As: George H. W. Bush, Ayumi Hamasaki, O. J. Simpson, Britney Spears, Alan Alda, Adolf Hitler, Lyndon B. Johnson, Richard Nixon
According to Nomi's theory, those with type A blood tend to be reserved, punctual, and law-abiding.
While scientific study has shown that people of specific blood types may be more prone to certain illnesses, no medical studies have been found directly correlating blood type with all of the personality traits associated with them. Some studies do however show variation of hormones and enzymes which other studies have associated with personality changes.

Characteristics of people are not defined by any blood group, however people with different blood group have different means of balanced reaction in different aspects. As far as people who represents blood group A+ are more postive in nature physically & mentally. They are born with natural will power which sustains them to take wrong decisions. They are protected by strong forces of nature when they are attacked mentally i.e If they are depressed then they fight against he depression & overcome them with vibrant solutions. They do not like people, they like to stay alone & enjoy the lonliness.
Besides they are Decisive oriented they take business decisions wisely & they are not afraid of any consequences...

I'm not sure how accurate the whole blood type thing is.. but according to the theory--
- they need to eat more grains and vegetables etc., rather than meat (type O)..,
- they should practice meditation or stress relief since they are "head" types and can take on too much mentally.
- they can tollerate coffee, soya, peanuts etc. (apparently), but should avoid bananas, eggplant, milk & dairy (B type) or lots of red meat (O type)
- go easy on alcoholic products
- they should practice gentle exercise rather than strenuous workouts etc.
(I'm type A+, not sure how much of this is true.. since I didn't notice too much effect on me.. I did notice that I can't tollerate alcohol so well, and I do need time to chill out daily and gather my thoughts etc.)

Briefly....
Blood group AB individuals have both A and B antigens on the surface of their red blood cells, and their blood serum does not contain any antibodies against either A or B antigen. Therefore, an individual with type AB blood can receive blood from any group (with AB being preferable), but can only donate blood to another group AB individual.
Blood group A individuals have the A antigen on the surface of their red blood cells, and blood serum containing IgM antibodies against the B antigen. Therefore, a group A individual can only receive blood from individuals of groups A or O (with A being preferable), and can donate blood to individuals of groups A or AB.
Blood group B individuals have the B antigen on their surface of their red blood cells, and blood serum containing IgM antibodies against the A antigen. Therefore, a group B individual can only receive blood from individuals of groups B or O (with B being preferable), and can donate blood to individuals of groups B or AB.
Blood group O individuals do not have either A or B antigens on the surface of their red blood cells, but their blood serum contains IgM antibodies against both A and B antigens. Therefore, a group O individual can only receive blood from a group O individual, but they can donate blood to individuals of any ABO blood group (ie A, B, O or AB).

A blood type does not give you a personality.
I am O negitive, what does that say about me?
You can't know someone just because you know their blood type.
