I have a horrible memory, but Ive learned how to remember things more efficiently.
*Healthy diet/herbal suppliments for improved memory

*Write things down

*Train yourself by looking at things individually. Like the blue car that drove by. 5 minutes later ask yourself what color was that car? This will train you to improve observation

*Repeat things that you want to rememer outloud several times, ask yourself what you said several times throughout the day until you have it memorized. Keep the phrase handy on a piece of paper in case you forget.

*program reminders in your cell phone if you need to do something by a certain time.

*ask someone to help you remember things

Yes close your eyes and try reverse counting start this from as little as 10 to 0 and then keep increasing 20 to 0 and so on. This will increase your concentration. Once the concentration is there you will not forget any thing in the life.
