If we assume that the experience is actually of a remembered event, then déjà vu probably occurs because an original experience was neither fully attended to nor elaborately encoded in memory. If so, then it would seem most likely that the present situation triggers the recollection of a fragment from one's past. The experience may seem uncanny if the memory is so fragmented that no strong connections can be made between the fragment and other memories.

Have you experienced a feeling that comes over us occasionally, the feeling that what we are saying and doing have been said and done long ago, the feeling of having been surrounded by the same faces, objects, and circumstances? This is called déjà vu. 70% of the world has experienced this feeling at least once in their lives. I will explain scientifically why this happens. Déjà vu is French for "already seen." Déjà vu is an uncanny feeling or illusion of having already seen or experienced something that is in fact being experienced for the first time. If we assume that the experience is actually of a remembered event, then déjà vu probably occurs because an original experience was neither fully processed by the brain, nor elaborately encoded in memory. In this case, it would seem most likely that the present situation triggers the recollection of a fragment from one's past. The experience may seem uncanny, if the memory is so fragmented that no strong connections can be made between the fragment and other memories.

First of all, it is obvious to me that you do not know english very well. There are too amny phrases in the first few sentences, and it makes it all confusing. Secondly, the rest of the paragraph i in perfect english, so I know you have just copied and pasted it from somehwere. Do not do this. It is better to write the same thing in your own words, however difficult that may seem.
But here's how I would have written the first part:
Have you ever experienced feeling that what you are saying and doing has been said and done before, in a remote time? It comes over us occasionally, the feeling of having been surrounded, many ages ago, by the same faces, objects, and circumstances before. This is called “déjà vu,” which is French for "already seen." Seventy percent of the world has experienced this feeling at least once in their lives. Why do we experience this?
Now just do the last part in your own words:
Déjà vu is an uncanny feeling or illusion of having already seen or experienced something that is being experienced for the first time.

Have you experienced the feeling, that comes over you occasionally, of what you are saying and doing, you have said and done before, in a remote time, surrounded by the same faces, objects, and circumstances. This is called deja vu, 70% of people in the world have experienced this feeling at least once in their lives. I would like give a scientific explanation for this phenomenon.
Deja vu, is french for, "already seen." This uncanny feeling or illusion of having already seen or experienced something that is being experienced for the first time, could be assumed to be an actual remembered event that was neither fully attended , nor elaborately encoded into our memory. If so, then it would seem most likely that the present situation we find ourselves in is triggering the recollection of past experience. The deja vu, may seem most uncanny if the memory is so fragmented that no strong connection can be made, in the mind, between present experience and the fragmented memories.

Have you ever had the experience of a feeling, that comes over us occasionally of, been there done that, in other words what is presently occurinf has happened at sometime earlier. This feeling only last for a split second but it is a feeling of what we are doing or saying has been done or said by us at some earlier point in time, of being surrounded by the same faces, sounds, or circumstances. This is called De'ja vu it is a french expression which means [Already Seen] and only in the french language is there a word for it. Dejavu is an uncanny feeling or illusion of having already seen or experienced ( AFTER THIS EVERY WORD IS OKAY)
