I was a recent nursing student in a nursing program. Not taking the nursing program seriously from the start and not finishing my science courses, (huge mistakes), I failed out. I started to take nursing school seriously later but it was to late. Unfortunately, I still have two items from their program, a stethoscope and a blood pressure cuff. I am going to mail it back but do you think it is possible to enter into a new program later from another school or do you think that this will have any bearing into getting in? I hope this will not have any bad consequences because I eventually want to go back into this program.

Did you flunk or leave voluntarily? Our school let you flunk or leave a semester once without penalty and reenter later. You'll have to check, you may be able to reenter even the same program. One at another school will be fine too.

It's good that you left and made room for those who were serious. If you are serious now, get back in there! Make sure you are ready though because, while not as bad as medical school, nursing school is very time intensive and you really need to be dedicated. Good luck!
