Young children shouldn't even be thinking about sex - much less playing any games involving it. Their childhood years go too fast as it is!

Is some adult playing it with you, or someone your age? In either case it amounts to sexual abuse, and it must be stopped right now, as it is causing you more damage than you think.
Do you know some adult whom you can trust and feel safe with, in school, neighbourhood or at home? Tell it to him or her and get out of the situation fast, dont worry, once you take a stand, others will back off.

I presume you mean those "I'll show you mine if you show me yours" games kids play. Or those "Doctor" games curious kids play.
It is neither good nor essential.
It just happens.
And for parents, realize if you scold your child overly about this manner of events, you may scar your child into thinking sex is evil, dirty and taboo... which may simply lead to them experimenting on such things in secret rather than finding it something important and meant to be discussed with their parents when they are curious about it.
