some cars only use one cam shaft while they idle causing a rough idle, if you have a compact thisa could be the issue. also you can try buying a few bottles of fuel injector cleaner because dirty fuel injectors or air filters can cause this too

Make sure your PCV valve is still hooked up and change your PCV valve if it is time. It's a cheap cheap part and anyone can do it yourself, very easy, but will definitely make your car run rough on idle or stall at stop lights if it is disconnected (hose blown off) or jammed.

If you have tuned it up recently, try replacing the fuel filter. Often, a dirty or clogged fuel filter will cause those issues.
