Do other countrys say God Bless you when you sneeze? Do to different religion?

I usually say 'may you burn in hell, you diseased mofo'. But that's just me.
Other countries have these crazy things called 'other languages', so it's a fair bet they don't say 'God bless you'.
In Turkish, they say 'çok yaşa', which means 'live long'. But then again, they're all heathens in Turkey... :)
