I have a stomach that I really need to get rid of but have a bad back. Excerise I've tried ends up hurting my back. Any safe excercise suggestions for the stomach?

Also, Denise Austin isn't too bad. Yea you get a work out, but you wouldn't have to do everything.

I ma in that age too and the stomach thing is tuff. But I also have lower back problems and I use an exercise ball that seems to relive the pain in my back because I am supported by the ball which is air. It takes to get use to exercising with the ball becaue of balance but it works.
