Canada has most of the same climate as U.S. , it has hot summers and cold winters , like the west coast of the U.S. where it remains hot most year round ,the west coast of Canada is mainly warm as well , there winters are timid compared to the east coast where I live , the same applies to the the eastern U.S. states. They have cold winters as we do with lots of snow.

You can -- but you may not - it's illegal to be frozen unless you're already dead. And then its hard to feel. Stay in a heated area or cover up all exposed skin to preserve heat, and light a fire but not where you are or you'll die or suffer burns - DO NOT drop your Lucky Cat matches in snow. If very cold get in a sleeping bag with a naked person or pet. Really. Or freshly hit roadkill. Rub frozen body parts. I'm not responsible for any offspring ensuing from the person, but I like puppies and kittens.

Canada is sometimes hotter than texas in the summer. It's only in the winter that it's cold.
