How do you approach a person, you see in the mall or at a coffee place, whose look you like?

Say: "Excuse me, that muffin looks really good. What kind is it?" Then introduce yourself and continue the conversation if she seems interested.

or

If you're in the mall try this, "Excuse me, which way is (insert store name)?" or you can always say you're shopping for a gift for your sister/mother or whoever and ask a fellow shopper's advice.

Most of all just be natural. Be yourself.

HI how are you , can i steal your purse? she answers why! you answer - ---- so i can find out your name , she will say ---- why not just ask me? you say --------- well that would have been boring and no fun , she would say OK then or something like that !, then you say well can i have the purse or are you going to tell me your name so i can sit down and chat with you over a good coffee, because i know you have good taste already! she ill say ------- how do you know this, and you say because i have good taste and we both like or coffee from the same place.!!! try that see how it goes ,get back to me if it works
