Actually it is negotiated between each player and caddie. They usually have a minimum for each tournament and a percentage. I would agree that 10% would be about average. If they are looping for someone who get a lot of camera time (Tiger Woods) they also get endorsement deals to wear clothing. If you want to read about the life of a caddie on the PGA Tour, a great book is Bud, Sweat and Tees : A Walk on the Wild Side of the PGA Tour. Rich Beem, but it focuses a lot on his caddie Steve Duplantis.

None. They get paid from the players, like 5-10 per cent. And Steve, Tiger's caddy also get cars, when tiger won them in a tournament. Wanna be his caddy?
