Had short look at popcorn porn, they planted file. No uninstall, no delete allowed. hindering all internet usage. How do i remove a program of this nature that doesn't want to be removed?

in windows platform, use ur task manager(alt+ctrl+delete) to terminate the process of this file then delete it.
or remove it from the start up list(msconfig(run-msconfig.exe) -startup) then restart and delete the file.
if u noticed that when u terminate its process1 another process2 starts then reload the first process1 into the system memory, try to detect the second process2 name and seach for it then delete it. u MUST get ur system restore disabled first.

i faced similar situations.the best way to recover is to backuo your important datas and format the drive.or disable system restore and unistall the file in safe boot

Restart computer, boot in safe mode (just keep hitting f8), run virus scanner.
