Yes till date. Concorde, and Tupolev Tu-144 both are things of past. Concorde- due to sky high costs of operation, and Tu144 because it was proved to be an unstable aircraft (though it was faster than the concorde).
But personally I would give anything to see concorde in operation once again. Though NASA is working to implement a supersonic aircraft, I think it is far from completion. You can check out the NASA website for details.
Boeing has no plans for supersonic aircrafts presently. They are more focused on the 747-8 and the 787.

For now they are because fuel is so expensive. Also the sonic boom they emit limits the destinations they can fly to. However I heard that Japan is trying to create a supersonic aircraft. I don't have the specifics or when they expect this aircraft to fly, but I have heard they are working on it.

There is no way that we can make an aircraft go supersonically without it costing too much. There are radical new technologies that people and organizations are researching but all of them will cost way too much to implement. As such, I highly doubt we will ever have supersonic flight.

Yes, they are a thing of the past -- and very much the future, too.

Don't hold your breath waiting, but it WILL happen.

Yes - have you not noticed there are no more Concordes whizzing about the skies anymore?
