Software cant be transferred from one pc to another. You need to install them again. You can contact Microsoft citing your purchase order/bill etc for replacement of CDs.

I had an issue with my WinXP pro setup a few months ago. Needed the original CD, but had lost it over several moves. The best thing that you can do is call Microsoft and talk to them REALLY nicely. They may be nice enough to send you a replacement, but only if you registered your software with them.
If you didn't register it, you'll have to shell out for it again.

If you had the original distribution CD you could install on the new computer. But since you don't the answer is no.
You could contact Microsoft to see if they will see you a CD. If you registered the original version they will have it on record and should be able to help you.
