No because money cannot buy love simple as that and love and happiness mean more to me than any amount of money, even though i don't have much i'd rather be as i am than rich and all alone

That's about 1.8 mill on in the US. And since I won't be returning I guess I can just skip paying taxes on it and keep the whole nine yards.

Sure, I could do that. The world isn't the place it was 20 or 30 years ago. The US is no longer the epicenter of the world. There are plenty of very nice places to live with all the conveniences of a modern society. In fact, one could argue that the US is in such a moral and economic decline that maybe now would be a good time to get out anyway.
