Some mineral waters have "Gas" inside? What do you call in English?

They are carbonated. They have carbonation. Or they have carbon dioxide (CO2) added.

I don't know why but they call those mineral waters 'sparkling mineral water'. If it's a drink like Coca-Cola where the 'gas' is not natural, they call it 'carbonated'.

Technically it is called "carbonation." You can then say, "The beverage is carbonated." Much less formally, you might say it is "fizzy." If you are talking about carbonated water, that is usually called "sparkling water," like Perrier for instance.
