cardio workout is the only way to loose fat. you have to "burn" it off. weights can only tone and build muscle. situps and crunches can only build muscle. you cant spot train. think of fat as a glass of water , you cant take some from the side or bottom. oh ya water, water, water . 8 glasses a day

Cardio to lose the fat and weight lifting to tone the muscle underneath. Eat clean and drink that water. I drink about a gallon a day. You'll have a nice toned six pack in no time. Good luck!

keep doing crunches and push-ups(dont do the exercise quickly).
Increase the count day by day.
