These are very interesting and good answers. Thank you. I have been to the major cities in Australia and found that almost everyone I met had a similar attitude. I have to agree that Australia is wonderful for all these reasons and more.

I am just happy I live in a place where my children are free to choose the life they want to live. Anything is possible here in the US if you work hard and want it bad enough. I don't agree with everything that this government does but I have the right to say that, without getting killed for it like some other places in this world.

Sri Lanka has all kinds of wonderful people in Sinhalese, Temils, Muslims, Bergers, Chettys, Malays and they all bring a variety of most wonderful food stuff on to the table.
The 2nd point is the beauty of the country. Sorry to say, the country is beautiful, but most parts are not accessible because of Terrorists.

Freedom of Speech , the right to bare arms are just a couple and being a women is way cool in America I'm an American Women and proud of it the right to vote yep been voting since I was 18 till I die its just we are proud and will always be proud

i am an Aussie.. i love my country. I love how it is so beautiful
I love how Australians are from such a vast variety of backgrounds.
I love our sense of humour
I love our freedom.
although occasionally I feel the freedom is too much for some people and they abuse it. there is a fine line between no freedom and too much sadly.
I have never travelled overseas and have no desire to leave my home.

I am from India. I am really proud of the democratic values being observed. People from every religion are equal citizens. Our population is our asset.
