The solution is to know that when you die you are never all alone , your guardian angels are with you and help you through...I have seen people die countless time and no matter how long the suffering goes on at the end they are peacefull and wide eyed , go willingly...Death is part of life one must never fear what is beyond it is just a beginning of rebirth we do not just parish.

It sounds right, even if you don't see yourself as part of a larger collective soul. I think most of us are lonely, even if we have some really close people around us on a daily basis. It's natural, because in a sense we all have an individual path in this life and we don't think we "overlap" so much with others though we do if you believe we are all connected.
Fear of death, when you are confronted immediately with death or severe harm, is natural since it is a physical response. But I can't see why we would spend a lot of time and energy worrying about death on an ongoing basis. Death will come, and we will all go through it one way or another. Truthfully, we cannot predict how we will react at that time, and whether death will be welcomed or not. Some of us will panic and others will become cool and calm. I would like to think that I would keep my dignity under all life-threatening circumstances (so far I have), but I don't really know. I just know that I cannot be really alive if all I can do is to think about death.
