Acne is a condition that will be with you for the rest of your life. It is not caused by sex or being a virgin.
A pimple forms 2-3 weeks before it actually appears on your face. What you can do to prevent pimples is to use a clarifying facial cleanser (i.e. Cetaphil Daily facial Wash), tone your face (use an alcohol-free toner, and try to locate one with witch hazel), MOISTURIZE (use something with 15SPF), and apply a spot treatment with 2.5% benzoyl peroxide. Make sure your sheets are clean, and don't touch your face unless you have to.
Avoid foods that you notice cause a breakout, and drink plenty of water. There are vitamins you can take to help prevent acne, like the zinc that was mentioned earlier. Acne will not go away, but you can make the best of it.

Take extra zinc. Eat lots of vegetables, esp leafy green. Cut out sweets, milk products and bread. Juice vegetables. Pimples generally mean your body is very congested. Drink lost of water. No fried food. It is a lot of work....i do it. But a lot of things get cleared up .I do not get colds any more for one. Pains in my joints went away. Good luck. Pimples can be devastating. Visit a health food store and look at one of their books on skin conditions. I get my vegies at farmer's markets that most cities have once a week. Can you get them? Fresh , I mean, not canned or frozen.

There is no cure for acne except sex and ofcourse sex after marriage.Today I am 31 years old but still suffering from Acne.Hope to get it over after marriage.If even after sex acne doesn't leave you then surely after baby you will get rid of acne.Please don't use any medication because they might worsen the condition.
Infact acne is associated with the extent of heat in your body.Moreover it symbolizes you are still a vergin

Friend of mine was well really bad pizza face and started using that proactive the stars use and within days he was looking good within a month he was cleared up but when he ran out it came back. He changed his diet drinks lots of water and uses proactive and looks good just don't run out
