It isn't wrong. The only wrong thing is to hate anyone. You have a perfect right to love someone of the same gender, starting with yourself. Love yourself and believe your heart. Be true to your motto and be true to yourself. Don't keep it secret, that will make you unhappy and there's no need. The world is unhappy enough already. Talk to someone you trust. Maybe you could tell the guy himself? He may say no, which is hard to hear, though it's better than wondering till the end of your days if it could have worked. But let's be optimistic. Something wonderful could happen. I wish you luck, and love, and a Happy Birthday.

It's not wrong to love someone of the same gender. You won't go to hell if you do end up with someone as the same gender as you. No one has ever proven that there even is a hell or heaven. There's nothing you need to worry about except what and who you choose to believe.

See, that's what so messed up about religion... you're probably not a bad person and yet you've been made to believe that you will go to hell for loving someone of the same gender! Honestly, don't worry about it and if your religion makes you feel guilty and makes you miserable, it may be time to look for other beliefs that work better with you.
Try paganism, we have no issues with gay people!

Whether it's right or wrong is purely a matter of subjective opinion, not objective fact. Some people try to claim greater authority for their opinions by claiming that a god exists and that he supports their opinion, but that's just cynical manipulative nonsense. Ignore them. Have a loving relationship with whoever you want to, and enjoy this life, for it's the only one you will ever have.

No. don't worry God loves you the way you are.
remain celibate though because God's plan for us is to be with so from the other sex and to have children.
I pray for you. But don't worry God will be always at your side (read Isaiah 43, 1-7)
God Bless

We love who we love. To deny that love will only hurt us in the long run. Except yourself as who you are. If you don't you will only live a life of regret and you may fall in to a trap of a personality flaw because of the denial. I'm just a middle aged straight guy. I'm the guy you would resist telling because you would expect me to be critical. I have a wife, a home, management at a company, and no, I don't exactly understand being gay, not understanding is not being critical, as in all things it is what it is.

If the other guy loves you back, terrific, if he doesn't, at least you were honest with who you are. Make no mistake, the path of who you are may cause you heartache, but I believe being who you are will make it worth it for you. Be careful, be happy, hurt no one, and be productive. Not being just one of the fore mentioned things can destroy the other three.

Never keep the fact that you love someone a secret. The only sin you would be committing would be if you deny your true self.

My 16 year old son has just told us that he is gay. We love him, are proud of him and support him. Being gay is not a choice - embrace who you are, there is enough hatred in this world. Spread love, and start wih loving yourself.

Love comes in different forms. You may love your mother differently than you love your spouse. You may love your dog differently than you love your job. You have lust love out there also which gets alot of ppl in trouble. Its okay to love someone, ppl even did it in the Bible who where friends of God. But to marry and have sex with them is another ball game. God only tells us it's wrong because it goes against the Law of Life which he created for us. It's not because He's almighty, God, but it's because He cares about what's right and wrong for us though we may not see it. Don't let ppl take religion out of text because it will be the beginning of mental confusion. You don't have to be celibate, God did say replenish the earth...lol, but also He said it's easier to marry than to burn. Of course marrying someone you can reproduce with, since that is the objective of sex. Once again, the Law of Life...

Are you defining love as sexual activity? Or are you defining love as the strong desire to be an important part of another persons lifestyle?

Love in it's pure form seeks only the best for another. You can have love in this form and be pure before God. It is when you involve your self in sexual activity that you stray.
Remember it what you do NOT what you are in your case. God loves you and will use your sensitivity do not corrupt it with sex.

No you won't go to hell if you accepted Christ. Do you believe in your heart and do you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and that God raised Him from the dead? If so, the blood covers you and satisfies God fully.

This doesn't mean we continue to live in sin, whatever that sin may be. Not because of right or wrong, but because God wants us to live to Him, not to any other gods, not to other humans, and not even to ourselves. We have to give up our soul-life to gain Him. So by the blood of the Lamb, the testimony of our word and hating our soul-life even unto death, we overcome. For what do we profit if we gain the whole world, but lose our soul?
