At what time should a 12 year old girl go to bed and at what time should she get up in the morning???

Have a habbit of sleeping at 9'30 and wake up at 5'30 .will help u to be fit and give u extra rime in life. then as age exceeds u can sleep at 10'30 and wake up at 5'30 .have this habbit now on will surely help .....good night

A 12 year old should get about 10 hours of sleep a night. It's a good time now to start getting used to getting up for school and going to bed a little early.

I would suggest going to bed at 9pm and getting up would depend on what time you go to school and how long it would take you to eat breakfast and get ready. Do you walk or ride to school.? Just give yourself plenty of time so you are not rushing. I don't believe rushing is a good way to start the day.

Depends on what time you have to get up in the morning to get to school, etc. You should get 8 hrs of sleep, some people require 9.

It mainly depends on ur life style and occupation. Though the most suggestive time should be 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

That is so generally and depends on your lifestyle, school, etc.
Go to sleep at 7 PM, wake up at 4 AM to milk the cows.

It really doesnt matter.
Just make sure that you get at least 8-9 hours of sleep and that you follow a routine. Don't keep changing your sleep schedule every now and then...
