i think he will get free for raping and killing 14 year iraqi girl bcoz in US he will be a hero and the gov will do anything to protect him so that he cud go and rape more iraqi girls and burn them alive.
i have no faith in US justice system since no justice is done to prisoners of guantanamo and they are kept without any charge.
4 of them commited sucides and US army says they are deadly terrorists who wud kill many before dying. but their sucide tells they are humans innocent like us. real terrorists are far from reach.

Really,why would you think that US citizens would think that someone should go free for raping and murdering a 14 year old girl, no matter her religion or nationality. I don't think that US citizens side with injustice by using the, but he is one of us defense. There is a difference between the US justice system and the Military tribunal defense systems, maybe you should check that out before making these types of claims.

please note that this is not for all people. it is for those who r guilty of wat they have done. others dont have 2 b offended as im very particular about the case trial only

dont worry this case too will disappear from history of us military crimes like the ones 2 years back, reporting that uk and us soliders were treating the prisoners of war.

and also those where only civilians were killed in afghanistan and iraq, were all they needed was one man.
