Note: This must work with people with fast metabolism. These people doesnt turn big even if they take platefuls of meal. Please help.

Well the healthiest way to do this is some kind of weight training regimen and consume a surplus of calories every day.The weight lifting may boost your metabolism but consuming extra calories will defeat this undesired affect.Eat every three hours and always consume healthy foods in adequate portions.
Things like rice,potatoes,lean meats and fish while ensuring that you consume fruits and vegetables will help along with a training program.I have a very high metabolism to the point that I had to consume 7000 calories every day while training in order to gain size.I've nearly doubled my body weight while staying pretty lean.
It takes time but it works.Don't shop at GNC because their prices are way high.Consuming good fats is also a good plan because fat is twice as calorically dense as other macro nutrients.

Well, my boyfriend had got on a milkshake binge every day a very large milk shake and/or Cherry soda/ vanilla ice cream or what ever flavor u like best also, ck out a any nutritional store " GNC" they will have something little more healthier but it did work for my boyfriend ( milk shakes)

Go to a health food store like GNC my friend eats high starchy meals and drinks shakes she eats every 3 hours when awake and it is to maintain weight. She misses one shake one meal and 5 pounds peels off. Ensure helps
