Whoever said x-men needs a slap!
It's got to be V For Vendetta. They didn't destroy it like most comic book adaptations.
V For Vendetta has redefined what an action movie can be, it can be intelligent and it can have a serious political message. It doesn't have to be tank tops and explosions.
Hugo Weaving is just amazing as V. Nobody could have done a better job.
It has the best plot, the best effects, the best actors, the best sound everything about that film is utterly breathtaking.

Depends on what "best" means. In terms of staying true to comic-book script when importing characters and story lines from paper to celluloid, its got to be Hellboy. If "best" means popular, I give it to Superman 3

I'm torn, i love sin city 'cause it's totally original in the way they filmed it. However, I watched V for vendetta last night and i loved it Hugo weaving is just brilliant in it, and the English cast made a difference too!! watch both!!!
