What would a person be charged with if they had had their arm cut off and kept it, allowed it to go all rigor mortis and then hit someone over the head with it?
Would it be Grevious bodily harm, Actual bodily harm or assault with a deadly weapon? (assuming if they only hit once and did not kill the person)?

I believe it would be (depending on the country/state) assault and improper disposition of human remains (like the stripper in New Jersey who got nailed for having a severed human hand).

If you hit someone with the sleeve - there would be no ARM in it. So no charges could be brought - unless it was the LONG ARM of the law. If you were a PEANUT - then you would be A SALTED !!!

Would depend on the injuries sustained as to if it was ABH or GBH. however the aggravating feature of using a dangerous weapon/implement would be added to whatever charge.

If it was serious enough could even be considered attempted murder.

It would be assault.. that's about it... but I think they would consider you to have a mental disease or defect.. and send you you a psych hospital for a little while.
