I'm not sure what you mean by "number one".
The names of the most popular daily newspapers in Austria are
"Die Presse"
"Der Standard"
"Die Kronen Zeitung"
"Der Kurier"

I would rank "Die Presse" first in terms of sophistication. I'm not sure which one is most widely read but I think it's "Kronen Zeitung".
