The fact that you were able to log in to yahoo answers is enough proof that YOU ALREADY HAVE A YAHOO ID!
You may use the same id and password to log in to yahoo mail and yahoo messenger.. and other services of yahoo.

Go to www.yahoo.com where it says sign in there is a little box to click so u can register and get your own yahoo ID GOOD LUCK...
