More than likely you will have a C-Section, it's ok, you will still have a close bond with your child. I don't have genital warts but had a C-Section, see it can happen to anyone. Best thing is your baby comes out healthy. Talk to the OB/GYN, especially check if the medication you are taking for the virus can be passed through the placenta to the baby, which may cause side effects. Check out these links, I hope they help you. Good Luck.

Genital warts aren’t life threatening, but they can be life altering. Because of their physical appearance, genital warts can sometimes cause people to feel anxious or embarrassed. These feelings may make new or even existing relationships difficult for some people.

For some women, genital warts can get bigger during pregnancy, making it hard to urinate. In rare cases, they can also interfere with delivery.

If you think you might have genital warts, visit your doctor. There’s no reason to be uncomfortable when there are treatments available

The best thing to do is... GO TO YOUR DOCTOR!!
You should not be risking your health and your baby's just following people's advices. You don't know them, they are not experts and whatever worked for them might not work for you. Your problem is very common, it is not serious so don't be scared but you need to see a professional.
Good luck

You need to see a doctor straight away. It would have been wiser to have used a condom you know. STDs are on the spread because men and women won't use protection and they sleep around. The doctor will help you with this problem. I do hope you get better and be more careful in future.

You need to let your ob/gyn know this. They need to take c section usually if warts are active during delivery to keep from passing on to baby.
