First I would like to say the police did not do their job! It doesn't matter if a person is 12 or 20 if one pulls their pants down that is a sexual offense. You can press charges on this kid. I know it sounds harsh but it's the law. Why should your kid be exposed to this.

The privacy fence would be nice if you can afford it without drying out your accounts. If you know anyone that can help you put the fence up then that will save you labor costs. (I wish I could afford a privacy fence) Bad neighbors. Sounds like your neighbors are worse then mine. So the next time they pee me off I will think of your situation and count my blessings.

I used to work in a juvi. (kids jail) The youngest kid charged was a nine year old. How sad. If charges were pressed I am sure they wouldn't get him on a sexual offense. Probably reduce it to indecent exposure. (not quite sure on that one)

I have taken several criminal justice courses and I have learned that there are some adults who have to register on the sex offense list for peeing in public. So I am assuming if it is illegal for adults then it is illegal for childern. Ofcourse these adults may of been in trouble before which may have caused such a harsh punishment.

Do some searching on laws in your state. Call a lawyer and ask one question. "Can I press charges" I am positive the lawyer will answer your question for free.

Good luck

I think you should try and go out with your children...in the park or something like that, and always keep an eye on them if they are playing in front of the house (so nothing unwanted happens). If you can't talk to those neighbors, then ignore them and put that fence, because it's your right. Your life shouldn't be ruin by so neighbors, because it's sure that, sooner or later, they will do something wrong and the police will interfere. Avoid contact with them as much as possible and try keeping your children away from so behavior, because it will only do bad to them. Don't panic! Just go on with your life...not all people are kind and you can see how the majority are nowadays. Good luck! :)

Are they renting? Contact the owner and complain, complain, complain.
Other than that, maybe find some other temporary way to block the whole side of the yard - this is in the backyard, right? Heck, some poles and lots of plastic garbage bags taped to them if you have to until you can afford something more permanent. Don't let your kids anywhere near those brats.

Also, maybe a dog? A very big, mean looking one that barks a lot and can terrify a 12 yr old boy (and maybe those parents too)

The only thing you can do is the privacy fence if moving isn't an option. I wish I had more advice - what a frustrating problem. You might consider consulting the other neighbors. Maybe you could dig up dirt on the new neighbors and try to force them out. I'm sorry you have to go through such a terrible ordeal.

An anonymous call to "Child Welfare" might get you some results ,but be prepared for repercussions if your own children know you made the call. Children are honest and if queried by the neighbors they will let the cat out of the bag... Good Luck
PS Put up that fence anyway

As a mom of your small kids you have to take these things seriously. Your kid is small but if you leave them in such nasty environment they might spoil them.
I believe no one can be as strong as mother. You got the power to handle the situation tactfully. So, don,t give up and give a second chance, talk to them gracefully no anger please. Also, show your generous behaviour towards your neigbour.
Even if you are unable to make them understand better change your locality. You might exhaust your savings for new place but for the peace of mind & for your kids its nothing.

Calling police will rather worse the situation.

All the best :-)

If they have hit a child then the police can step in. Its a very difficult situation, but try to carry on as normally as possible and lead by example. But do keep a diary of actual events (just being annoyed by them won't count, but things like a child being struck or urinating on your property does) and you can show this to the local police office

Your mom and dad are completely incorrect. Hell, a present day isn't technically required even once you attend a marriage, not to show get an invitation and desire to say no. i think of this grew to become right into a quick lived custom a pair generations in the past, in spite of the shown fact that it died and for obvious motives. (this does not propose it quite is incorrect to deliver one in case you like; i'm in simple terms asserting it quite is hardly impolite to not). As for something, your wording is doubtful, yet once you're asserting they weren't invited to the reception, or they declined, and then they confirmed up, it quite is amazingly impolite. while you're asserting they neglected the ceremony, that happens. So uncertain on that one.

Instead of talking to your vulgar neighbour, talk to others in the community. If you all can join hands, eliminating this menace will not be a problem. Also find a good advocate and seek opinion as to what should be done. They know the ways to interpret the rules.
