You could use something to do with the place where it is located or something famous near it.
Basically business names are close to poetry: they should sound cool and attractive.
Eaton's Executive Car Wash
Cleanest Ride Ever
Car Wash of Your Dreams
Car Wash with Me
Creative Car Wash
The Stars Car Wash
It depends on your taste and the community's taste.

'Star car care' in plain English.
I tried to find some Foreign words for you in the 'Wren and Martin' and found some good ones for this thing.
Luo/Lutus-I wash
Candeo-I shine
Aqua-water
use them as you wish but please tell me which one you use.
'Soapy rides' is quite good too.
