Absolutely not.
All experiments have shown that all cases of supposed "SHC" have happened to people who were very drunk, and fell asleep with cigarettes, or next to a space heater or stove. Then the "wick effect" takes over. I won't explain the whole thing here, but suffice it to say they've done experiments with dead pigs dressed in human clothes, and they get the same strange burning patterns as seen with cases of "SHC".
